Scavenger Hunt for Knowledge

Scavenger Hunt for Knowledge

(27 September 2020)

This year, CRI organized its first one of a kind event – an educational scavenger hunt. A scavenger hunt is a game in which the organizers prepare a list defining specific items, where the participants seek to gather or complete all items on the list. CRI scavenger hunt consisted of entertaining questions and creative challenges that provoked participants to use open source information like Google Earth, Google, and social media networks to solve the provided asks. QR codes were used to present the tasks, therefore enabling participants to use technology to solve challenges.

During the game, participants discovered interesting places that are related to Lithuanian membership in European Union, Germany’s culture and history, the importance of European unity, and other political topics. In some checkpoints, participants met specific people, like EU representation in Lithuania, political science experts, student organizations.
