The project strengthens the psychological and informational resilience of municipal employees, helping them recognise manipulation, make sound decisions under pressure and respond effectively during crises. In 2026, training will be delivered in ten Lithuanian municipalities, supported by a practical publication for public-sector professionals and others seeking to prepare for crisis situations.

The Disinformation Challenge is an interactive computer game designed with exercises that encourage users to enhance their critical thinking skills. Using open-source data, players learn to verify information they encounter. This game can serve as supplementary knowledge or be integrated into classroom settings to support curriculums such as Civic Education or History.
